We use the highest quality of fresh salmon in all our salmon products. We fillet the fresh fish at our premises and use our own authentic marinade, which has been created by Executive Chef David Shipman, one of our founders and chief production officer. We use various flavors to smoke our fish and import our wood chips from Canada. These include cherry, oak, apple and other woods. We inspect each fish for quality at all stages to ensure that the taste, flavor, texture and color are consistent and are up to Delicco’s high standards.
